Predictive Call Centre Dialler Software
Tpad has combined two leading discoveries in the telecommunications industry, predictive Diallers and the SIP technology, in their full-featured predictive SIP dialler.
Tpad has recently announced the addition of SIP trunking services as part of their roster of services, and now the leading telecommunications company has launched their predictive diallers, powered by their SIP technology. These predictive diallers are currently and actively marketed to call centre businesses.
Tpad’s SIP technology eliminates the need to rely on hardware-based telephony systems by streaming call data through the Internet. With calls being made over the Internet, companies are spending significantly less on communications. This has also expanded companies’ communications reach, allowing them to communicate internationally at minimal costs. This technology enables not only voice calls, but integrates video calls, conference calls, video conferencing, and instant messaging, all in a single system. According to Steven Johns, Marketing Manager of Tpad’s SIP, the SIP technology is bigger than VoIP technology. Johns adds, "SIP has been around for more than a year, but there is more to this technology than meets the eye, or at least many telecom-centred companies know about."
Business SIP Trunking / SIP Trunk Provider
What is a Tpad SIP Trunk / Tpad SIP Trunking? Sip Trunking is an efficient use of data connectivity to make voice calls through a SIP provider such as Tpad. Typically your existing phone system uses PRI lines (ISDN). These are separate lines to your data network that are purely used for your telephone system. These lines are installed in pairs (ISDN 2) or in groups such as an (ISDN 30). This type of line has a monthly rental and allows you the user to make or receive 1 call per line (ISDN allowing 2 concurrent calls and ISDN 30 allowing 30 concurrent calls.) The main considerations with this type of connectivity is that you are limited to the amount of lines you have, and also the rental cost is fixed per month, even if you do not use the line, the rental remains. Over the recent years there has been significant developments in telephony and more businesses such as yours are considering SIP Trunking for two reasons, increased capacity and flexibility, and to reduce on-going fixed costs. SIP Trunking gives flexibility without reducing customer experience and also provides significant cost savings by reducing line and call costs. Example If you currently have 6 lines delivered over 3 x ISDN 2 connections you are paying around £14 per month per line (£84 per month). You will also have a data connection. There are many types with different prices for data connectivity, ranging from standard ADSL at around £20 per month to private circuits at £400 a month. In all cases in order to move to SIP trunking, there needs to be an appropriate amount of bandwidth spare, to match the amount of calls you are looking to process concurrently. Example being 1mb upload would allow around 15 concurrent calls.
